We are delighted to announce that Engage for Success has arrived in Northern Ireland!

 An official launch event will be held in a central Belfast location, easily accessible to all. 

This is a MUST attend event for those who are interested in employee engagement and for finding out how to become involved in the Northern Ireland movement.  The event will be informative, interactive, and fun with lots of networking opportunities. There will also be interesting guest speakers, further details to follow.

The Travellers MailService from the Belfast Business Centre…..

There are three levels of service available dependent on your requirements:


Secure Storage
Secure storage for Mail: Have your mail redirected to our address for the duration of your travels and avoid having mail visible in the hallway of your home.  £15 per month, £35 for 3 months, £63 for 6 months, £99 for 12 months.  This cost includes secure storage of mail for the duration of your travels and the forwarding of your mail to your home when you return.


Standard Scan and Store
Secure storage of mail and selective scanning of up to 20 documents per month: Have your mail redirected to our address for the duration of your travels.  On receipt the management will open and scan mail according to your instructions, ie excluding junk mail and specific items you do not wish to receive.  £20 per month, £47 for 3 months, £83 for 6 months, £149 for 12 months.  This cost includes the scanning of up to 20 items per month, the secure storage of mail for the duration of your travels and the forwarding of your mail to your home when you return.


Unlimited Scan and Store
Secure storage of mail and selective scanning of unlimited documents per month: Have your mail redirected to our address for the duration of your travels.  On receipt the management will open and scan mail according to your instructions, ie excluding junk mail and specific items you do not wish to receive.  £40 per month, £90 for 3 months, £135 for 6 months, £195 for 12 months.  This cost includes the unlimited scanning of mail, the secure storage of mail for the duration of your travels and the forwarding of your mail to your home when you return.

Congratulations to Michelle Kidd on achieving a 2.2 in her Degree in Design for Visual Communication.

Part of the Belfast Business Centre Team during her gap year, Michelle played a vital part in bringing our Marketing Materials up to date. Her use of clean lines, prioritising content and overall design provided us with excellent materials for all occasions.

The Business Centre Meeting Rooms flyer, and the Beat Your Quote by 10% Voucher have been widely used in the last 12 months. We especially love the A3 Foldover Mini Brochures with clear content and Banner Photographs on the Centre's Serviced Office Space which have been well received by potential clients.

We have been able to use the materials in different formats including Leaflets for mailshots for our Virtual Office Services, attachments with our Mailing Address and Telephone Answering Services emails. Michelle has a fantasic future ahead and I am sure that many of the new clients to her business will agree.

Smart Alternative to Commercial Mortgages

With the credit crunch continuing to bite and commercial mortgages harder to find, it’s no surprise that the serviced and virtual office industry is benefiting from the economic downturn.

Small and medium sized companies are attracted to serviced offices by transparent cost structures, immediate availability and short term agreements that make budgeting easy.

Companies are not keen to invest in commercial property while returns are low and the market uncertain and are waiting to see how long the credit crunch will last. We have experienced a notable increase in demand for serviced offices which reflects the cautionary mood of local businesses. Government investment in Northern Ireland has also increased the demand for serviced office accommodation as companies testing the Northern Ireland market, use the facilities to prepare bids and support new contracts.
